UKNM: Marketing to Professional Services Industry

I have a couple of queries.  Not sure how to post them.  Perhaps this is all I need to do????


1) Does anyone have any examples of the use of e-marketing in the professional services area?  I am interested to find out what level of activity is being undertaken on a B2B basis (particularly in professional services if poss).  How it's received and what they respond best to?


2) Does anyone know of any good surveys (STATS please) about the UK e-market.  Particularly looking at buyer behaviour etc.  I have tried www.nua.ie and www.buchanan.com  but not much there I'm afraid.  Any suggestions?
