You need to get hold of a copy of the Lotteries and Gaming Act 1976 from
HMSO.

This issue resolves around what is a competition and what is a prize
draw and how it is judged?

Is there an element of skill involved, who is able to enter the
competition, is it limited to geographical location? If someone enters
and wins, are you prepared to ship to Japan???
