UKNM: Permission Email Data

Has anyone come across any data on permission email volumes/value and

click through/buy rate for UK and Europe? There's quite a lot of stuff

on US B2C email from likes of Emarketer and Jupiter but I can't seem to

fine anything at all about permission email volumes and forecasts in the

home marketplace.


Also who are the agency/ASP players in acquistion/retention emailing in

UK/Europe?
