Take a look at http://uk.flipside.com
It's primarily our games and editorial content that inspires customer
loyalty, but we also provide them with flips for playing games and taking
part in 3rd party promotions. These can then be exchanged for consumer goods
in our redemption centre.

If I was to suggest just one thing that you need in order to support your
site's community, it would be a functional and constantly monitored bulletin
board. We have the advantage of being able to address our community directly
by talking to them as Hosts within our games.

We've chosen to use UBB has a bulletin board system as it was the easiest to
integrate into our site.
There's a freeware version that you can download, and you can find it at
http://www.infopop.com/index.html

Cheers!
Laurence
