This technology-lag is an important point. More and more sites are using
devices (Flash, streaming video, sound, etc.) for advertising and DECORATION
and it slows down many private and corporate viewers with irritation
resulting. As bandwidth increases generally, the situation should improve,
but a frightening number of corporates run antiquated browsers on
under-powered work stations.

Another agency tells us of a dot-com CEO client of theirs who refuses to
believe that his site design is bad because it looks fine to him - on
NETSCAPE! The fact that the company's telephone number is invisible on IE
doesn't seem to sink in.
