Subject: UKNM: Fulfilment

Chetan,

If it's fulfilment you're after, check out m-box (www.m-box). m-box - the
'm' is short for multi-channel - has assembled and integrated an impressive
array of partners to fulfil the delivery and collections of goods for
businesses. m-box recently partnered with London's largest express courier
network, Addison-Lee to add high speed delivery to their fulfilment offering
for businesses. m-box uses Express Dairies' national network of 150 depots
for delivery & collection centres and nearly 4000 milk floats to collect &
deliver goods. m-box is working with the Association of Convenience Stores
(which includes Spar, Cost-Cutter & Londis chains) to introduce pickup and
return points for home shopping nationwide. Parcelforce handles delivery
services within 48 hours nationwide.

m-box is as relevant to major High Street names and brands as it is to dot
com startups, because the service offering is modular. m-box can solve the
entire problem of customer service right from online access and call centre,
through to doorstep delivery, or can provide bolt-on collection and returns
services, depending on requirements. Unipower, the e-commerce IT supplier
behind Tescodirect is a strategic partner, as is Brann, the world's largest
direct marketing company and operator of multi lingual call centres.

m-box offers an 'out-of-the-box' fulfilment service with a fixed, highly
competitive per item delivery price. The service can be up and running
faster and with a much lower capital investment from a standing start. This
allows the retailers to offer consumers a choice of reliable, and convenient
delivery times and methods - post, parcel delivery, convenience store pick
and return, or even the milkman! m-box is currently undertaking projects for
a number of high profile e-tailers and 'clicks and mortar' companies which
are expected to go live before the end of the year.

If you want any further information, drop me a mail.

Subject: UKNM: Looking for the opposite of a VC firm

Hope you can help,

I am looking for a company, which can help build a business, but only
the fulfillment side. But my client does not want to outsource this.

So no one like iforce. more of a firm that can help develop the backend,
locate and manage the warehouse, build this and grow it, and at the same
time help fund this.

Thanks
