Yes - I was in there yesterday, checking out the 'Sky Digital' box and
service....and the way in which Dixon's salespeople were demo'ing it (they
*definitely* need some training).
I can see your point, BUT consumers are more likely to be disappointed in
what they're getting at the moment, when they compare it to the television
ad campaign......
