mmmm . . . Enterprise: bonded ISDN for 10 quid a month; Frontier bonded
ISDN for 240 quid a year; Freeserve bonded-ISDN for nothing a month.
How cheap do you want it to get?

As for super-fast, you'll be sorely disappointed with bonded-ISDN. what's
more interesting is the one second connection time.

except that very very many of the smaller ISPs do not run much of their own
network rather use vPOPs provided by Energis etc. It's not clear how many
actually have WAN intergration skills, let alone the cash to do the sorts
of investments you'd need for the above.
