No stats as such and it varies so much anyway. We have found anecdotally

that punters will send up to 3 or 4 emails before ordering. It tends to be

lower, the better known the brand.


Obviously, if the site doesn't reply or leaves it too long (same thing

really), they don't go on to the order stage.
