Most of our 'Minds' are still studying. However we do have some grads.

Many do not have permanant jobs because they are taking a year out

travelling or thinking about what career path they want to follow. For

example we have one grad who is due to start at Unilever next September

but needs to raise funds before going abroad in January.

Good point which is why we try to target the top ten for the specific skill

in question. Take for example graphic design, for this we recruit minds

from Camberwell, St.Martins, RCA etc

As I put in my previous email, we are small and so have no choice but to

focus, so we choose to focus on the best and not the worst. Like McKinsey,

we don't restrict applications we just choose where to actively target.
