As far as I know, the only thing Hotmail does when your account is full is
to send you yet more emails to warn you about it.

BTW, if anyone here has ever struggled to close a Hotmail account - there is
a way. Just open up another account, spam yourself, then complain.

Oh, then switch to www.another.com
