Ian,
can't answer your first question but I'm sure there's someone who can.
On your second point about measurable web PR, we usually advise clients to
carefully tie search engine registration campaigns into online PR and
strategic linking to achieve results (although incoming links is only one of
the algorithms the various bots use). We are then measured both on the
ranking we achieve and on the number of incoming links, measured through the
various search engines. It's worth remembering though that links are not
only good for search engines but for the traffic they generate in their own
right. It's also worth mentioning that web pr IS measurable. If you want to
find out more about how we do it, drop me a line off list.
Finally, thanks for sharing the research with everyone. Great piece of info,
though I'm surprised to hear none of the sites use stuff like Beenz. You'd
have thought for all the noise these guys make...

Hello,
Anyone know of a place where i can get a big list of CPMs across major
publishing sites (UK, US, FR)? I don't want to ring 200 sites for a quick
bit of benchmarking!
