I'd be inclined to find out what free elements are available in the market;
data sheets, magazines, web links and samples: Engineers LOVE samples - nuts
and bolts, free software, new materials etc. Then, I'd give them all the
details necessary to get hold of this lot such as URLs, RW addresses,
contacts, telephone numbers; the works. Then bundle this all up under your
own branding as the engineer's ultimate resource of information. Send this
out as an e-mail (not spammed of course!) and tell them they are free to
send it on to colleagues (and your branding goes along for the ride).

Or you could try the electronic spanners....
