list, himself. As I've said before when Brent from Lastminute.com took the

time to reply to comments on the list, it's laudable that senior management

of companies take the time to respond to the list.]


MOST of the contribution in the list is useful - and usually not made in

defence of a business but in defence of personal viewpoint!  I think it's

laudable any of us take the time to share and help each other - and put

forward our principles and values - not generally to defend our business

strategy - but out of sharing voice and 'guru' info!   Provided the

Trevor's and Brent's provide us with valuable info - then great - that's

interesting.  Just as it is when any of the other creative and

knowledgeable members of the list do the same.
