Recently http://www.url-submission.com/ was recommended in this list. Don't
bother, it's mostly a FFA submit-bot and the spam will flow freely once
you've used it.

(For those who don't know, a FFA links page allows anyone to submit a link
and have it automatically published - but these published links are nearly
always rotated, so your link appears for a matter of hours along with about
500 others.)
