ad:tech Beijing
There are twelve places available for UK based digital SME's on the UKTI's Tradeshow Access Programme at ad:tech Beijing in November 2009.
The expo package below includes the grants provided by the Tradeshow Access Programme (TAP) and covers all the elements of exhibiting at the event as well as offering unique opportunities for international networking, market research and brand awareness.
Companies attending as part of the programme can expect:
- Inclusion in the 'UK Pavilion’ stand in centre of expo hall
- An individual booth within the pavillion, complete logo for each company
- All stand components including; furniture, broadband connection, lighting, power sockets etc
- UK brochure in attendee bag with company logo, website URL and bio (includes all design, printing and shipping)
- Logo inclusion in ad:tech Beijing expo brochure
- Logo inclusion on ad:tech Beijing website
- Full conference pass per company
- Unlimited amount of ad:tech Beijing exhibitor passes per company
- Travel and accommodation for 1 person*
Total cost: £3,909 plus VAT*
* Optional - travel and accommodation £958 pp.

UKTI also have access to a limited number of
Business Class Return flights with British Airways which are being allocated to
TAP applicants (one per company). These are being allocated on a first
