Bootlaw October - Negotiating Your Term Sheet

Following the success of our Bootlaw Academy day on 9 September, we are going to take the most popular element of that day, the termsheet negotiation exercise, and use it for the October Bootlaw session. The "termsheet" is based on real VC terms offered, and the exercise will be a catalyst for a discussion on both the meaning and desirability of these terms.
In order to cope with the larger number of people, we'll have to do it a little differently (we won't be able to have everyone negotiate at once...) but in order to speed up proceedings, we will circulate the termsheet and the "case study" (background on the investee company) in advance - there's a lot to pack in one hour!
If you attended the Bootlaw Academy on 9/9/9, this event will be a little repetitive for you - so send your co-founder instead...
However, the evening will take the usual format of:
6.30 - arrive, beers + chat
7pm - Termsheet negotiation exercise etc.
8pm - More beer + chat, + pizza.
9pm - Head to the pub
Please note: If you RSVP yes, but your plans later change, please change your response on the website to let someone in off the waiting list with enough time for them to attend. Too many people missed out last month because they only got a space hours before the event!
