Web analytics are hugely powerful and often free tools that can provide powerful insights into online behaviour. However, the use of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to drive and directly inform PR programmes has been limited to date.
This session aims to lift the lid on web analytics for PR professionals eager to better inform the strategic planning process. Andrew will discuss data-driven PR, as well as providing insight into how to use web analytics to measure and prove the value of PR activity: both on and offline.
