- Understand the dashboard, creating pages, blog articles, plugins, themes and widgets
- Change the design of your site instantly using themes, without losing previous work
- Customise options, upload your logo, change fonts, colours and control page layout
- Maintain a secure website
- Buy a domain and hosting, transfer your website or start a new site
- Continue to adapt your website and understand the digital landscape
On the day
You will exercise your new skills as you learn through a structured
series of in-class assignments. Additionally there will be time for you
to work on your own website and ask a web designer questions in a
workshop style environment.
Requirements
- You will need to bring a laptop. If you don’t have one, get in touch, we have a spare you can use.
- You should be comfortable using a computer or have competent IT skills
