Our Office Hours sessions offer you half an hour with experts and mentors in a variety of specialised areas. They are free to both members and non-members and are an excellent resource of information for all you bootstrapping startups.

We specialise in the design, implementation, communication and administration of all types of share scheme, including government recognised tax advantaged plans. We have a significant level of experience with smaller private companies, including startups, who often need to hire and retain key staff members but whose cash flow can make the offer of high salaries problematic. We can also advise on suitable equity planning for Non-Executive Directors and consultants.
We can help with every aspect of setting up and running a scheme - from overall strategy, design, and modelling to ensure existing stakeholders’ objectives are met, through to the finest legal, tax and regulatory details ensuring optimal operational performance of the plans.
We continue to help a diverse range of private and quoted companies to attract, motivate, retain and reward key employees. This may also involve the establishment and administration of employee benefit trusts helping succession from existing owners, managing dilution, creating share liquidity and delivering long term incentives.
