Well no, what you really need is Pro Tools.... I was
simply suggesting the easiest way to get into sound
editing/creation. So why Peak over the others... or
is that just all you've used?

I wouldn't recommend Peak to a beginner. If you want
to step up from Acid/Vegas/Sound Forge, etc, you could
always get into Cakewalk or Cubase products, but
that's a little higher end. For my studio, it's pro
tools, but that's for professional production.

CoolEdit is ok as well, but it likes to crash on a
couple of my machines... usually part way through
editing which is fun.

Just curious why someone would recommend Peak, haven't
seent that recommended in a while. :)
