FLASH: Full Size -- Movie Size Question

Alright i have this problem....


i need suggestions on (saying that your screen is set at 800x600):


What size should the movie be ((x, y)) if its going to be set at 100%...

so your flash fits the entire viewing screen (without the annoying borders)?


The defualt 550x400 when blown up in say the IE viewing window, looks

stretched......so i messed around with different sizes......and havent had any

luck..


any help is appreciated....
