Not at all! You just need to get to know and accept the personalities around

A *very* vague phrase, "intermediate experience".

Absolutely. The difficult learning curve for Flash is one of the bugs in it
that haven't been worked out yet.

Especially Flash, I'll bet.

But there is a lot of resource to be found *here*.

And after you've mastered Flash, it seems to me that you might be the ideal
candidate, given your initial experiences, to create such a set of tutorials,
whether it be on the Web or in a book, or on a CD, or any combination
thereof. Don't you agree?
