I think what you're looking for can only be accomplished by putting the

flash movie in a frame with a width of 100%, the remaining frame set to *

and the movie's values set to


WIDTH=100%

HEIGHT=100%


and


scale=exactfit

 or

scale=showall


this is how eye4u does it, if you need an example.
