Hi Russell.

I know when I first applied for a business license in my city, the office I
went to had notices for small business seminars, including workshops on tax
preparation. I would think you could find help from a Small Business
Association or something of that sort in your area. Many municipalities
offer educational assistance as a way of spurring small business growth.

Also, if you haven't already, I recommend you explore the differences
between a corporation and a sole proprietorship. Each has its own
advantages and disadvantages.
