I have the "magic formula" for you, follow these steps:

1) Get ready wih these products: Adobe Premiere and Adobe Streamline.
2) First, in Premiere, you must create a project, import a movie and export
like TIF image sequence
3) Next, you must open -one- image of the TIF image and adjust values
in Streamline until you have the desired effect. Next, descart the image with
do nothing (but dont close the program!)
4) Next, use "Batch" from "File" menu and convert all TIF files.
5) Import the result in Flash
6) Create a motion guide and set the properties of all frames to follow the
motion guide. Create a tiny line in the left-upper of the movie.
7) and the finish step: Go to your near Bank and transfer $1000 to my
account. :)

Happy Flashing!
