FLASH: mpeg 3 in flash 4/flash 4 demo

I thought flash 4 was going to support mpeg layer 3 audio?

if It does I cannot find any documentation  and I cannot import, open or

add mpeg3 to the library.

has anyone played with this?

am I doing something wrong?
