FLASH: sorry for OT question// video

Dear Flasher...Sorry for....OT question...we are small web company...recently we got project...which includes some video editing work.

I have some experience with after effects and premiere...But have very little knowledge regarding hardware for editing video...and not uptodate what?s new sensation on the market...I would like to know what kind of tools and hardware you guys using..as I alreday mentioned...we are small web company and video specialist...I would be very happy if you could help me with choosing the right euipment.
