It's kinda mandatory considering the lack of expert level hard copy info out
there...
>From my experience, most everyone posting here is pushing the 'envelope' per
se, and in order to get Flash to do something that hasn't been done before
you need to know how to do what HAS been done before. With all the tute's
and fla's available out there, if someone wants to design Flash, they'll
either catch up to the crowd in a short period of time (compared to other
languages), or they'll give up in frustration (due to lack of
documentation).

Flash 5 will up the stakes considerably and will let in a whole new set of
talent because of the Javascript like redesign. It's a cliche formula in
the industry, but as soon as 5 hits the streets, 4 will start becoming
obsolete (don't see (m)any sites done in 3 recently, do you).

If creativity gets your juices flowing, prepare to get wet.
