First of all, keep in mind that flash naturally scales, so you really don't
need to do this...

However to do this, first go into modify->movie and change the dimension of
the movie. Then look beneath the time line and you will see a set of 5
buttons. Depress the fourth one (edit multiple frames) and then drag the
little brackets that appear above the timeline so that they span the entire
timeline. Then simple select edit->select all, right click on one of the
objects on the stage and select scale... Just scale all of the stuff as
needed.

Hi there,
I have been given a fla and need to resize the whole thing from 600 by 400
to 400 by 267. The main hassel is that it has tons of movie clips and
millions of layers. Is there a way to streamline this or to actually set a
numeric resize amount in some dialog window?
It's a scary thing to tackle.
