Just so you know, it general policy in the software world not to announce
future plans or release dates of software. There are notable exceptions to
this*, but usually, this info is highly guarded, for many reasons. It's
about competition, but also uncertainty - things can change at a moment's
notice, and often, even people working for the software company can be
surprised by changes.
When people ask me/us about release dates for Flash 5, we just tell them to
wait until the website has public info on this. This is the safest bet.
Additionally, MM has given some sneak peeks at a new Flash at the FF2K
conference, and has told people publicly that we are working on a future
version of Flash. Outside of that, nothing has been made public.
