Some comments, if I may.

If we are talking about a sie that wishes to convey information yes,

quite true.

Don't follow you here, Flash is a 2D creation tool, forget 3D. If it's a

2D tool use 2D specific animation tricks. But don't try to compare it

with 3D animation tools. Video ??? We are talking about web tools are we

not ?

Can't agree again. I think your site is well worth the DL. I would never

visit it for content's sake, but enjoyed it to the full because of it's

very rich content. It tells a lot about it's creator.

I don't think even the best of plots would make it worth viewing, so I

Again I would have to agree. But the same argument applies at other

levels, replace Flash with HTML and you're still correct.

Welcome to the world of media. Take a magazine or a newspaper or a TV

programme cut out all the ads and the irrelevant information, that is

remove the noise, what are you left with ?

Yes indeed. But 'ad captandum vulgus' does work like that.

Pity isn't it. I also wonder why a simple concept like streaming is so

hard to understand. The worst thing Flash has is that 'if frame is

loaded' thinggy. It allows sloppy Flash creation. I compare it to goto

in a programming language. If you use it something is wrong. Is that so

hard to understand ?

OK, you like your stock brokers dressed in grey suits and they should't

smile. Not everyone is of the same opinion. You're off target on this

one. I would recomend a Flash/Generator created site for a stock broker.

Realtime online personalised content for your clients, with full

graphics and all ? Can't you just imagine the stock broker salivating ?

Sorry but this I can only say is total BS. Flash can handle large

databases, today, right now. David ! You slipped again !

Flash is very good for delivering content.
