2 Bytes per frame

2 x (65-17) = 96 Bytes for the frame spaces.
Also remember there is some possible time delay 1/x seconds for each
frame where x is the fps (frames per second).

At present I have 28 different Byte Costs calculated for Flash 3 in the
Flash Bible with more to come.
