Just a small correction :

browser.'


Not quite true, swf files load as fast as your connection allows. Load

movie is sometimes called before the movie is actually played so it's

already fully loaded or partially loaded when it starts playing. This

effect can be achieved with pop-up windows with proper caching tricks.

Load movie and pop-up windows are quite different paradigms and should

not be viewed in a or-or type of situation.

I'm not to partial to popup windowed movies and if you think about it

they are most of the time used as a design shortcut.
