Basically - the format is open - tools could be built to manipulate

the file format - thus, there should be some hacker banging away on

tools to manipulate Flash files, yes?


And here's a point to wonder about - could a graphics community,

say, adobe, make an export filter within, say, Illustrator, for

Flash - would there be a licensing fee there?


I'm all curious today : )
