I suppose all I'm saying is that increasingly we'll need to understand HCI -
especially the human side - in depth if we're to make the most of web
technology and web design to really communicate effectively.

?! er....well, yes, understanding HCI is pretty important. Are you doing a
Neilsen, Lois?

Different medium's require different
design from the bottom up. It's not just bandwidth and technical
limitations you need to consider.

This is true whilst you have "different medium's" (sic). The point is that
they won't be all that different for all that much longer.

And as for the "four things at the front of the mind" refs., it used to be
seven. Clearly, we're getting more stoopid.
