I've been with smile for well over a year now and have been nothing but
impressed with the service. The online facility is great, and if I have a
problem, I can call them up. They can also do certain things over the
'phone which aren't available on the website (such as CHAPS payments) and
their staff always seem helpful. Their cash cards can be used (almost)
anywhere and they don't charge...

So, maybe those people complaining about smile have had particularly bad
luck, or I've just had particularly good luck.
