Hi John,


Although I am new to Freehand 8 and absolutely love Macromedia products,

I don't notice that Freehand 8 has a tool that specifically makes those

pill shaped objects, Illustrator does (click and hold the rectangle

tool).  If I'm wrong, I'm sure I'll be corrected.  : )
