Hi Stefan,
Not much info so I can only supply general suggestions.
First, mouseovers only work for Flash 3.
There are a lot of ways to do this. Is your animation a time line
animationor a movie clip. If it's a movie clip you can use a TellTarget
to control it. You can't see Movie Cip Animations when playing inside
the the editor you need to export to test. Use Test Movie.
