Although I absolutely agree with this, isn't it one of the ideas behind

something like Monster.com to remove any of this kind of nonsense from the

employment picture? Being able to look at people for their skills instead of

what color socks they wear or whether they have a firm enough handshake?


Hmmm... maybe this tells me that I don't have a skill set worth a damn -

which I'll sit right here and say is bullsh**, because it has to be. Pure

and simple. I have what it takes for those who deserve me.
