Well, if you guys are trying to find see if Flash can determine if images
have all been downloaded, then you can put an onLoad="someFunction()"
and in that someFunction, put a call to Flash to go to a frame. That can
be done, right?

onLoad is reliable and will be fired as soon as the page has completed
loading... I think IE has supported this since version 3, and I'm positive
they
have since version 4. I don't know when NN began implementing it.

oops . . . I read the post/question too fast.

Outta my league.

Thanks Karin for jumping in.

Boy, I would have to say some tricky jscript (coupled with loading the
images) may/maynot accomplish this task.

But intuitively speaking, I would say no too. Really no knowing how long it
takes html/graphics to load given the variables of connection speed/network
congestion.

Sorry Spamgirl, I spoke way too soon.

jgl

That's what I was going to say except that she is asking if the flash
movie can check to see if the html and images have loaded. Unless
there is some sort of mysterious fs command I would venture a guess as
to say, no.
