Do you mean you have a GIF imported into a Flash file? In that case it won't zoom
well...users will just wind up looking at an ugly jumble of enlarged pixels. Could
you recreate it in vector? Then it would zoom perfectly.

Or maybe you're going to display the form in miniature and want to let them zoom in
to see it at 100% so the GIF is displayed properly while zoomed in? In that case put
the imported image into a MC and manipulate the X & Y scales of the MC.

Generally, you won't want to use a GIF in Flash, and you may want to consider other
ways to display this. If it has to remain as is, as many gov't forms do, maybe
display it 100% in HTML in a pop-up window.
