Welcome to plugin version r26 and r27. I feel for you greatly.
There are a number of posts in the last two weeks regarding these
latest plugins that have broken many sites because of a "fix".

one question i have for you is this . . .
are you asp's located in the same web and domain as the flash files?
if not you most likely won't find a fix. they need to be in the same
web/virtual domain. =( can amount to lots of extra work i know!
