Subject: FLASH: newbie dummy

I am looking for a tutorial that shows how to use a movie clip to follow the cursor. I am still having trouble with so many things in the couple of weeks I have been using the program trying to familiarize myself with it. The storyboarding is a good idea but scenes kept unloading previous scenes. So I've done the home page in layers (all in ONE movie) and have got motion and shape tweening and buttons and sounds and all sort of nifty things flash can do, yet I have yet to get it all to work together. This program is a conceptional mindblock to me I can't seem to get over. I've used Bryce, RayDream, VistaPro, and other stuff but the 'how' of piecing together a website from Flash is STILL eluding me. ANY and ALL help would be greatly appreciated, even if it means going backward from where I am. Maybe my thinking of how to use the tool itself is 'screwy'? Some good tutorial links and expert tips and tricks would be helpfull. I have a Monday January 15 deadline to get at least the opening page looking 'wowser' to save it from 'censorship' by one xenophobic boss...
Thanx....
Bob...
