Could it possibly be that some people have more than one browser, have

to reinstall Flash after computer problems such as crashes, or upgrade

to newer versions of Flash? Just a though :-)

Flash comes preinstalled not only with browsers but with Operating

Systems so people often have Flash before they go on the Web.
