You need to put a stop action on last frame of the first scene.

If there is no stop action the movie will just run through to the next

scene...and if there is no stop action in the next scene, the movie will loop.

To create a stop action, 

right click on the frame you want the movie to stop at

select properties from the menu

click the + sign 

and then click on stop

click ok and you are set.



that frame will now have a stop action...and the scene will not continue.


please keep in mind that there are some limitations in creating movies with

scenes (ex Tell Targets will not work efficiently,or at all, between scenes).
