but wouldn't incorporating music that way cause a sorta "unpredicted delay"
when the music loads (due to different connection speeds)? is there a
solution to make sure that a music clip loads at some precise moment in
conjection with the movie? (besides js)

heh... as i downloaded flash 4.0 only a few dayz ago (i meant "new" when i
said it. lol.) http://members.home.net/yosun/nusoy is it... so far.

I've also started making this really really really corny game. That's
basically what I need the sound "precisements" for. like, i've got this great
midi and mp3 i wanted to play precisely the instant this one frame is
reached..... having the user wait for an "x" timed download wouldn't really
work.
