In Windows: Open Photoshop (or any other good graphics program)

press PRINT SCREEN, go to the graphics program, choose NEW, the PASTE.

The Print Screen key will copy the entire screen to the clipboard.

Of course, specialized softwares like "CaptureEze97" are far more
flexible (sp?).
