Some suggestions if I may.

Start by getting info on the server where this is going to work. What

does it offer, what software is it running, what type of cgi support

does it enable.The database, what format is it, what software is being

used.

At the same time get a good description of the contents that will be

changing.

If it's only text go with Flash 4 if it's text and images go with Flash

3 plus Generator.

If you already know the server setup and etc. then recommendations on

templates to get info out of databases will be easier to give.
