I tried setting up the Microsoft Personal Web Server tonight, and viewing

the file, and IT WORKED!  Thanks for your advice.  Now, can you explain WHY

it's working?


Why did I have to go through all that trouble just to view an embedded

flash file locally, when Netscape Navigator does it flawlessly?
